Hosting and organising your event at The H Suite couldn’t be easier with our function room hire. Our modern and stylish spaces are totally flexible. Effectively working as a blank canvas, event organisers have the unique opportunity to plan and style their own layout, optimising the use of our 11,000 square foot of quality floor space.

At The H Suite we have a total of four captivating function rooms for hire, all of which are newly refurbished and fully equipped for all events. Regardless of the event size, The H Suite has ideal spaces to suit the needs and requirements of each individual event.

Hamilton Suite

Our Hamilton Suite is the largest of our four suites, with over 667m sq. area space for organisers to utilise. This suite is situated on the ground floor with easy access and available loading doors. This newly refurbished, modern suite has the capacity to seat up to 600 delegates, or 1000 standing, and is perfect for large functions, sporting events and concerts. The Hamilton Suite is fully equipped for all events and functions with access to LED mood lights, dance floor and bar facilities. The Hamilton also has the capability to become two smaller suites, ideal for those intimate and friendly occasions.

Hudson Suite

This dynamic and modern suite is well-suited for all small-scale, personal functions and events. With built in bar and dance floor facilities, the Hudson Suite is the preferable space for dinners and drink receptions holding up to 300 attendees or 120 seated. Complimentary WiFi, variable lighting and fitted sound systems mean your event will run smoothly, free of stress and strain.

Hemming Suite

Our Hemming Suite is one of our petite suites and is perfect for intimate lunches or functions, seating up to 60 guests.

Hardwyn and Hunter Suites

Organising a small meeting or conference? Our Hardwyn and Hunter Suites are optimal for events with up to 20 delegates.
