At The H Suite, we understand the importance of surrounding yourself with the ones you love most on your special day. That’s why we have constructed a venue to fit 600 of your nearest and dearest guests. All of your guests will have complementary use of our 150 space onsite car park and dedicated cloakroom. With some of Birmingham’s leading hotels nearby and close links to the motorway, no one will have to be missed off the guest list.
Your choice of food will play a large role to play on the day of your wedding. That is why we have carefully handpicked specialist caterers who are experts in their field and provide exquisite cultural cuisines.

What are the best Local hotels, or do you have any advice regarding local accommodation?
Our staff will happily provide a list of recommended local hotels.
Will there be any first aid trained staff present?
Yes, there will be a first aid trained member of staff on duty
What times do guests have the venue from/to?
The H Suite is available to hire for a 12hour period, up until 1am. If additional hours are required these can be quoted separately.
If guests book early, are there additional costs if your pricing changes between then and the date of reception?
No, once a confirmed booking is in the system, the hire charges will remain as agreed, however anything added at a later date, may be charged at the current pricing.
Is the bar available and open for guests to use?
The bar can be available if required. This must be pre booked and a minimum bar spend will apply.
What are the various transport links available to use to reach your venue?
Our Venue is located 2.2 miles from Grand Central Station in Birmingham, 4 miles from the M6 and 5 miles from the M5 Motorway Networks. The number 80 bus stops outside the H suite and goes into Birmingham City Centre.
What is the maximum Capacity?
600 Guests
Can guests have private catering?
A list of approved recommended caterers can be provided by the H Suite. If you wish to bring your own caterers, this is possible subject to terms and conditions and relevant paperwork being provided.
Can guests bring a DJ?
A list of approved recommended DJ’s can be provided by the H Suite. If you wish to bring your own, this is possible subject to terms and conditions and relevant paperwork being provided.
